  Smoking cessation

Sue is a Certified Smoking Cessation Specialist and trained with the UK Academy of therapeutic arts and science.

According to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the smoking habit: "Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking. Willpower, it turns out, counts for very little. Hypnosis is three times more effective than nicotine replacement therapy NRT" - New Scientist vol 136, issue1845, page 6).

Smoking cessation requires a desire to stop smoking; if you have the desire then I can help you achieve this in a one-off session of between 60 and 90 minutes. Although I cannot guarantee human behaviour, I am so confident in your success as a non smoker that, if you require a follow up appointment within three months of your smoking cessation session, I will do it free of charge.

You can leave the therapy room a non smoker - it's up to you!

FREE SMOKING CESSATION PACK FOR EVERY CLIENT - includes:
